I've found a movie that's similar, it stars the 3 main actors Gary Cooper Lily Damita, and Ernest Torrence. What's odd is that it's a totally different title. And the film that I have was set up similar to a silent films, but this one was a talkie.

Did you find anything on this? There is a "Romance on the Trail" starring Gary Cooper and Lili Damita as well.
Those same actors star in the western "Fighting Caravans" which can be found here:

ROMANCE ON THE TRAIL

This is a very early western adventure starring Gary Cooper. The scene is a wagon train caravan. A broken wheel brake causes a down hill runaway with Lilly unable to slow down the cart. Gary Cooper must ride down hill on horseback and catch up to the wagon to rescue her from a crash. After all is safe, they settle down to a campfire dinner together.
